| Hey everyone. I'm a bit depressed at the moment. I tried out for LC Superstar and I REALLY thought I was going to make it. I was so sure of myself because I did so well at the final tryout that I was sure I couldn't lose. Well, I did. Somehow. I really can't figure it out. I KNEW Justine was going to make it, and I was so sure that it would have been me right there beside her, but somehow Sonja won it. I don't really want to say it, but I really think it was rigged in her favor. She didn't even try out for the first tryout, she just showed up at the final one and somehow made it to the finals. Also, the judges were all her friends, so I think that might have something to do with it. Oh well. There's always next year!  |

| Okay, today was Terra Nova's it's amazing how much my whole homeroom doesn't give a crap about these things. Our last time!  I'm so sad. But I'm also happy because I get to drive to school tomorrow! I also drove to school today. It was a lot of fun having Justine, Theresa, and Ali (justine's sister) in the same car. It's a party! I love driving! Woohoo! |

| hey all. For those of you who didn't know, my dad had surgery on Friday on his eye. I just wanted to thank you all for your prayers. I really appreciate it. He's doing well now except for the huge bruise beneath his eye that makes it look like he got into a brawl. Fortunately, he won.
